About Dr. Mark Unger

Dr. Mark Unger has a Toronto based practice dedicated to hair transplantation. He graduated with honors from the University of Toronto medical school, and completed his postgraduate training at the University of Ottawa, where he was Chief Resident in Family Medicine. Thereafter he completed a fellowship with the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS), under the mentorship of Dr. Walter Unger, a pioneer in the field. He has practiced hair transplantation for a decade and is an editor for the 5th edition of Hair Transplantation, the preeminent textbook in the field.
