I’ve been in to see Dr. Unger multiple times and, although at this point only for consultations, have never once gotten the sense of being or felt pressured to go down a treatment path I wasn’t comfortable with or didn’t need. Dr. Mark Unger is the BEST in the field of Hair Transplants... simply put, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE!!!  Take my word for it, everyone is promising results that ONLY DR. UNGER can deliver and he usually ends up correcting other doctors' botched hair jobs!  15 years ago my father (a TV personality) went to Dr. Unger's father (Walter) for a hair transplant and more recently my husband went to Dr. Unger (Mark).  You cannot top his Pedigree and Talent... that entire family practically wrote the Holy Grail on hair transplants.  You will never believe how many things they consider when doing the actual implant-it's no wonder his work is so superlative!

This is perhaps the easiest of all "Cosmetic Surgeries"... 3 days downtime-the head is bandaged for only 1 day, swelling subsides in a week and stitches were out in 7-10 days.  It was so comfortable that we went for coffee at Tim Horton's after the procedure and sat there, chatting for an hour!  We actually did the transplant on a Friday and boarded an international flight to our home country on Monday.  For the ones who are worried about the level of pain... pain only occurred on 1 of the days (Sunday) and we were given pills ahead of time.  Price is wonderful, especially considering for most people it will be done only once or twice in their lifetimes.  Scar can barely be seen... it's a VERY thin line and is the same colour as the scalp.  The hairline looks 100% natural and absolutely NO ONE can detect he did any surgery.  In the last year, his regular business associates WITNESSED his hair gradually grow before their eyes.  My husband is absolutely in awe of what humble Dr. Unger has done and EVERYONE says he looks 10 years younger!  The transformation is wonderful!  Thanks to Carrie and the transplant nurses... all of you made it a very enjoyable experience.

Our son had been considering a hair transplant procedure for a few years.

After researching alternatives and reviewing many doctors (including the potential to go to Turkey), he decided to proceed with Dr. Mark Unger.  In the initial consult, our son was impressed with Dr. Unger's candid and thorough assessment.  He felt that Dr. Unger was honest and transparent about the process and expectations.  He was not selling but was clearly interested in what was best for our son.
